Viola by Louis Joseph GERMAIN, made in Paris (France) c. 1865/68. Two piece table of spruce of narrow grain opening out towards the flanks. One piece back of maple of narrow curl descending towards the rigth flank. Ribs and neck of the same wood. Varnish of a reddish-orange colour.
