Tambourin of Provence made by MICHEL in Aix en Provence (France) circa 1860.
Barrel of one piece of walnut decorated with carving of linear stringing, cabled ribbon and undulated stringing.
Strap front decorated with carving of olive wood branches with fruits on each side of the soundhole surmounted with an oval festoon.
Fasteners of the strap rings surmounted with flower from which oak branches go to the center.
Silver plated bronze rings.
Ten leather sliding loops.
Brace rings in beech painted in red, with bone buttons.
Skin rings in beech.
